Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: International shipping is unavailable through the Verona Safety website, but can be arranged by calling customer service and ordering directly over the phone.

Q: Do I need an account to order?
A: Yes, you will need an account in order to place an order online.

Q: What if I want to buy something but can't find it on your website?
A: Please call customer service and place your order directly. We are working to expand our online catalog all the time, but everything we sell is not listed!

Q: What if I go to buy something and the price is different than the last time I ordered?
A: Pricing is subject to change due to various factors (shortages, manufacturer price increases, etc.). If you feel there is a mistake, please call customer service and place your order directly.

Q: Can I get custom pricing on your website?
A: Yes, if you have already set up a price list with a Verona Safety sales rep, than you are able to have that list customized to your account login. Please call your rep and ask how! If you are a new customer and don't have a sales rep, please call customer service and ask to speak with one!

Q: I live in the Madison area; can I pick up my order?
A: Yes, please select "Pick Up" in the shipping options box at checkout. Orders will be ready for pick within 1-2 hours. We look forward to seeing you!

Q: I live in the Madison area; can I have my order delivered?
A: Yes, Verona Safety Supply delivers to the Madison area on the following days: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Please select "Deliver" in the shipping options box at checkout. Please note there is a $10 delivery fee.

Q: Can I checkout using a PO and get billed?
A: Yes, existing customers with a good payment history can use a PO when checking out. New customers are encouraged to call ahead of time in order to set up net 30 terms.

Q: Which credit cards do you accept?
A: Verona Safety Supply, Inc. accepts the following major credit cards: American Express, Discover, VISA, and MasterCard.

A: Verona Safety Supply, Inc. is open Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm

Q: When will my order ship and how long will it take to get it?
A: All in stock orders placed before 3:30pm ship same day via UPS or SpeeDee. Please allow 7-10 business for non-stock items.

Q: What will I be charged for freight?
A: In order to ensure the best possible rates, shipping will be calculated after your order is placed. The amount will be included in your order confirmation email.

Q: Do you handle special or custom orders?
A: Yes, we are fully capable of processing special and custom orders, such as: logoed items, custom sized items, etc. Please call customer service in and speak with us to place these types of orders.
